DISCIPLINES
The Iskandar Rapid Transit (IRT) TOD Hubs represent a transformative initiative under Iskandar Malaysia’s Transportation Blueprint to promote low-carbon, high-connectivity living. Anchored by three strategic corridors—Iskandar Puteri, Skudai, and Tebrau—the IRT Phase 1 enhances regional integration through smart mobility and land-use synergies.
LANDSCAPE
The design complements the park’s role as an integrated agriculture-based tourism hub, combining productive farming and aquaculture zones with scientific research areas, interactive learning spaces, and community-driven recreational amenities. Local flora and fauna fill themed gardens, interpretive trails, and conservation zones that reinforce biodiversity and ecological education. Open spaces and community farms enhance visitor interaction and environmental appreciation, while infrastructure planning ensures adaptability and minimal ecological disruption.
