VERITAS Landscape was appointed by Boustead Ikano Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive landscape consultancy services for MyTOWN, a dynamic mixed-use development comprising retail outlets and office spaces strategically located along Jalan Cochrane, Kuala Lumpur. The landscape scheme emphasizes urban livability through modern hardscape finishes, curated planting selections, and structured outdoor furniture that encourage both passive and active use.

LANDSCAPE

The development integrates a prominent tower block framed by thoughtfully designed perimeter landscapes. At the entrance of MyTOWN, visitors are welcomed by an open landscape plaza, an artistic and contemporary landscape statement that signals MyTOWN as a visual landmark. This plaza would also function as a vibrant gathering area, enhancing pedestrian engagement and placemaking within the urban setting. Completed in January 2017, MyTOWN’s landscape now serves as a visually engaging and user-friendly urban space in the broader Cochrane commercial precinct.
