The 7.5-hectare site is located within the designated Transit Oriented Development zone at the intersection of Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and Golf Course Extension Road, near a proposed metro corridor. ARCHITECTURE

Gurugram is India’s second-largest IT hub and third-largest financial and banking hub, resulting in rising demands for premium housing in the region. The development of EMD-65 responds to this demand with 1,500 units distributed across 10 towers averaging 38 stories each, with a total gross floor area of 220,000 m².
