Suasana Iskandar is a mixed-use development that combines residential, retail, and hospitality components within the vibrant urban context of Iskandar, Johor. Designed to offer a seamless blend of lifestyle and convenience, the project aspires to create a modern living environment that is enriched by a thoughtfully crafted landscape.
LANDSCAPE
We addressed three key objectives: seamless connectivity, distinctive placemaking, and user comfort. Landscape elements, such as lush planting, hardscape detailing and functional outdoor spaces, are strategically positioned to define zones of activity, improve microclimate conditions, and enhance the identity of the development.
Sculptural greenery defines a welcoming arrival plaza, while podium-level gardens with recreational and leisure amenities and rooftop terraces offer panoramic views of the city. Furthermore, tropical planting schemes and water features are used to soften the urban setting and provide a tranquil atmosphere within the high-density environment.
