The landscape masterplan honors Kampung Bharu’s rich cultural identity while introducing contemporary design principles that prioritize comfort, accessibility and sustainability.

LANDSCAPE

A welcoming main entrance sets the tone with lush, layered perimeter planting that guides visitors through a thoughtfully curated journey. At the heart of the development lies a serene Mound Garden and a scenic Boardwalk, offering residents a peaceful retreat amidst the urban setting. Planting schemes are tailored to thrive in the tropical climate, contributing to biodiversity and cooling the microclimate.

The drop-off area and Al Fresco dining area are designed to be inviting social nodes, complemented by well-placed seating options that encourage community interaction.
