DISCIPLINES

Spanning 347 acres, Kerteh Rantau Land aims to transform the Kerteh district into a robust and diverse community. Strategically located along the scenic coastline with excellent connectivity to the nearby airport and major highways, Kerteh positions itself as a key hub for industry, tourism, and community living.

PLANNING

The concept leverages on Kerteh’s natural assets — beautiful coastline, turtle sanctuary, and strong wind resources— with environmentally conscious planning for both community wellbeing and ecological appreciation. Blue and green infrastructure and design elements, such as accessible green spaces, water features and waterfront activity zones, promote liveability and social interaction.

The development envisions a seamless integration of commercial, residential, and recreational areas designed to promote economic viability and community interaction. With a focus on cultural heritage and future resilience, the project seeks to elevate Kerteh into a model of balanced urban growth—attracting talent, boosting investments, and enhancing quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
