Located in the heart of Shah Alam, the Lakeside Floating Restaurant is a refurbishment of an existing structure inspired by the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) HQ. This award-winning building was also designed by VERITAS, and the new floating restaurant located nearby is set to complement its elaborate design.

Pre-contract services include preparing preliminary cost estimates, advising on project feasibility and budgeting, recommendation of procurement strategies and detailed elemental cost plans. Additionally, the team conducted cost checks throughout design development, provided value engineering input, and advised on the financial implications of design changes. Ending the pre-contract stage is the tender documentation with contractor recommendation support. Post-contract, the team monitored project costs, prepared monthly financial reports, valued completed work, assessed variations, and evaluated contractor claims to ensure effective financial control throughout construction.
