This 194-acre development in Bachang, just 1.1 km from Melaka Sentral, is envisioned as a catalyst project to boost Melaka’s tourism sector through education-driven growth. Positioned as an integrated education, healthcare, research, media, and hospitality hub, this ambitious project aims to attract talent, innovation, and visitors alike.

PLANNING

The masterplan is designed around a central green spine, connecting a series of smaller enclaves and communities. This green corridor not only enhances walkability and recreational value but also serves as the heart of the development. Meanwhile, the educational hub features a dynamic mix of academic and commercial components, promoting vibrancy and collaboration between institutions and businesses.

Three man-made waterways flow from iconic towers toward a central lake — a concept inspired by a river delta where streams converge toward the sea. A large urban park intersects the site’s third quadrant, serving as a main pedestrian axis and green spine that enhances connectivity and community interaction.
