The upper floors are programmed with business lounges, meeting rooms, and recreational spaces, offering occupants flexible areas for productivity and social engagement. These environments promote both professional interaction and relaxation, aligning with the project’s hybrid work-living concept.

The podium deck serves as a landscaped platform, hosting swimming and wading pools, a sculpture garden, children’s play areas, a nursery, jacuzzies, and an eco-kitchen. Terraced planting and thoughtfully composed outdoor spaces create a vibrant, multi-functional environment that balances urban density with open-air leisure.

Developed in collaboration with W Design Associates, Expressionz projects a confident, contemporary architectural identity.
