Sirru Fen Fushi is a tropical hideaway of white-sand beaches and lush greenery, ringed by a reef teeming with marine life. Set across 18 hectares, this planned 5-star resort offers over-water beach villas, a fully integrated spa, dive and water sports centres, and a selection of dining and entertainment venues. With just 120 rooms on the entire island, seclusion is at the heart of the experience.
ARCHITECTURE
Rather than dominate the landscape, the resort’s design celebrates the harmony between its natural elements. Each structure is meant to feel like part of the island’s unfolding paradise, not something placed on top of it. Buildings rest lightly on stilts above the water, with nothing between guests and the ocean. Open, outward-facing spaces dip down to the water’s edge, heightening your connection to the surroundings. Architecture and nature complement one another, each completing the other.
The look is contemporary tropical, refined rather than rustic, with clean, minimalist lines and an uncluttered feel. The island itself forms a crescent on the azure Indian Ocean, and the resort follows that curve with a sweeping arc of over-water chalets, each framing its own private view of the sea.
