VERITAS’s team of project management consultants were responsible for supervising the project progress and delivery to meet overall quality commitments through collaboration with the client, design consultants, and the appointed construction contractor as the “supervising officer”.

Overall, the scope mainly covered site supervision across all disciplines, ensuring that the construction works were executed according to design, contract requirements, and quality standards. This included monitoring structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, as well as coordinating subcontractors and specialist contractors on site. Verification of compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations was an important step of the project to ensure early identification of potential defects or safety hazards, and timely progress in line with the schedule. Regular site inspections, reporting, and coordination meetings help maintain quality, control costs, and mitigate risks. With comprehensive oversight across all disciplines, the project successfully achieved its intended design, functionality, and safety standards thanks to efficient communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
