The architectural redesign consultancy for Villa C2 at Eden Villa, Ho Chi Minh City, rethinks the conventional arrangement of two separate residences to create a stronger sense of communal family living. The design is centred around a shared courtyard positioned between the two villas, establishing a common outdoor heart where family members can gather, interact and spend time together while retaining the privacy and independence of each residence.

Rather than treating the villas as isolated dwellings, the redesign creates visual and physical connections between the two homes, allowing the courtyard to become an extension of everyday family life. The arrangement encourages a balance between togetherness and privacy, creating opportunities for shared activities while maintaining clearly defined residential spaces. This approach transforms the relationship between the two villas into a cohesive family environment rooted in connection, openness and shared living.
