United Arab Emirates

First established in 2007, VERITAS Dubai has served as the group’s gateway to the Middle East and North Africa. After a period of regional expansion, including our Dammam office from 2013 to 2017, we have returned to Dubai in 2026 with renewed focus and a clear mandate: to lead VERITAS projects across the MENA region. As part of a multinational and multidisciplinary design group, we believe people come first in architecture. Our work focuses on human-centered landmarks, sustainable communities, and vibrant spaces that respond to the region’s culture, climate, and ambition.

Our history in the region gives us a deep understanding of how it works, from regulatory frameworks and client expectations to the realities of delivery. We combine international design standards with that regional knowledge to create architecture that is culturally meaningful, socially responsible, and environmentally sustainable. From dynamic urban centers to emerging destinations, we support clients across MENA with the full strength of the VERITAS network, aligned with ESG principles and the region’s long-term development vision.
