The design of this 27-storey office tower maximises the views of the city while creating a new landmark to regenerate the mature neighbourhood of Mankhool Road. The tower mass is divided to make it appear as twin towers with the front block rising higher and coming down to the street to accentuate its height. The triangle forms on plan and façade add to the sleek aesthetic of the elevations.

To achieve flexibility and efficiency, the typical floors of the office are divided into four office suite units which can be combined as the needs for larger space arise. There are also sky gardens at every 5 floors for outdoor respite. The highlight of the program is the business club at the top of the towers with complete panoramic views of Dubai.
