The design takes inspiration from the rhythm and structure of shipping ports. Stacked layered volumes reflect the modular arrangement of shipping containers, symbolizing movement, order, and global connectivity. Floor plates rotate in response to the sun path to reduce heat gain, while capturing optimal river and port views. While the tower may have been inspired by shipping containers, it is nonetheless an office—a space for people. Meeting facilities, outdoor lounges and rooftop amenities create a people-centric workplace that encourages connection and collaboration. Integrated retail spaces further bring in the hustle and bustle for a vibrant commercial space.
