RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models based on architectural design requirements and project specifications.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using BIM software.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other consultants to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and BIM protocols.
- Assist in preparing documentation for planning, tender, construction, and as-built submissions.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement agreed changes to the models.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, model files, and drawing revisions.
- Support the project team with model visualization, quantity take-offs, and other BIM-related tasks when required.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within the project schedule.
- Comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and quality management system.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Architect, BIM Manager, or Management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and update BIM models and drawings for assigned projects.
- Coordinate BIM information with internal teams and external consultants under the supervision of the Project Architect or BIM Manager.
- Recommend improvements to BIM workflows and modelling standards.
