Richard Raymond is a Registered Quantity Surveyor in Malaysia and has been working in the construction industry for more than 25 years. He has been involved in projects using both the conventional form of contract and the design-and-build method, ranging in value from RM2m to RM2b. Being an experienced quantity surveyor, Raymond has a wide range of knowledge and skills in various facets of the construction industry.
Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Building from the University of Technology, Sydney, in 1993 and obtained a Master of Business Studies from the University of Newcastle in 2012.
He is also a Registered Building Practitioner with the Building Commission of Western Australia and is an Accredited Expert Witness of the Academy of Experts UK.
